Archivist, January 2017-August 2018. Selected metadata tools and standards, normalized legacy and newly-created metadata, and created a catalog using CollectiveAccess for a project to digitize the video, audio, and photographic assets of the longest-running music series in American television history.
Digital Scholarship Projects Librarian, September 2016-January 2017. Helped UT faculty, students, and staff build successful digital research projects in the newly-formed Digital Scholarship department. I offered consultation on various aspects of digital project development from metadata creation and strategy, grant and funding advice, tool selection, equitable collaboration, and dissemination and outreach. Additionally, I supported the work of the Department by collaborating on internal grant opportunities, building relationships with peers both on and off campus, and creating events and other outreach and networking opportunities.
Digital Archives Access Strategist in Technology Innovation & Strategy, 2013-2016. Developed strategies for delivering digital collections to users; supported their incorporation of digital assets into projects, and exhibits; and kept up with emerging information access technologies. During 2016, I spent 10% of my time working with archives and special collections at the Fine Arts Library, inventorying, updating finding aids and policies, creating programming, and managing the zine collection.

Provided reference services and conducted tours for patrons. Provided direction to the Special Collections Cataloging Unit, managed accessioning process. And supervised paraprofessionals and student workers, including a group processing the Bill Arhos Collection of Austin City Limits.
